My, My, My…   Our planned walk was rained out today. I wonder if I would have been able to do it anyway after the way my hips and legs felt today. I awakened still sore from the knee pulls and mountain climbers last night. The ball won this time. Many more knee pulls and mountain climbers in my future. The ball won’t win them all.
